7. Dedicated VPS & Python Terminal Usage Policy

SLONQ provides each user with a dedicated VPS and a built-in Python terminal within the CMS, empowering users with greater flexibility and control. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted on your VPS, and must use these resources in a lawful, reasonable, and non-abusive manner.

Prohibited Actions: You may not use your VPS or the Python terminal to engage in any unlawful activities, including but not limited to launching attacks, distributing malware, sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam), or violating the rights of any third party.
Resource Usage: While resources are dedicated, you must not use your VPS in a way that disrupts network stability, security, or the integrity of our infrastructure, or that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Monitoring & Enforcement: SLONQ reserves the right to monitor VPS and terminal activity for security and compliance purposes, and may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or illegal activity is detected.
Agreement: By using the dedicated VPS and Python terminal, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these restrictions. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and/or legal action.

8. Launch Special Package Terms

The SLONQ "Launch Special Package" is a limited-time, limited-availability, experimental cooperation program, separate from our standard Premium plans. By participating, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Limited-time & Experimental: This package is only available for a limited period and to a limited number of users, and is not intended to compete with official Premium plans.
Feedback & Template Contribution: Your UI/UX feedback, functional and non-functional requirements, and template suggestions may be used by SLONQ for future product development and may become standard templates sold on the platform.
Intellectual Property: By submitting designs, ideas, or feedback, you grant SLONQ full rights to modify, reuse, commercialize, and resell these contributions. No exclusivity is retained by the user after submission.
Conversion to Standard Templates: After the experimental period, templates may be converted to standard templates for general availability and sale. Users retain no exclusive rights.
Separation from Premium: This package is for trial and feedback purposes only and does not provide the same benefits or guarantees as official Premium plans.
Privacy: All data and feedback provided may be used for product improvement and marketing purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

By joining the Launch Special Package, you explicitly agree to these special terms in addition to the general Terms of Service.
